Mrs. Lambert-Saul has over twenty-five years of experience overseeing a broad range of debt and equity transactions including capital raising, acquisitions, partnership recapitalizations and buyouts, IPO’s, REIT investments and financing, portfolio management, acquisition and construction financings, credit facilities, revolving credit lines, and mezzanine debt.
Mrs. Lambert-Saul most recently served as Director for twelve years at Archon Group LP, a Goldman Sachs Company, having responsible for three core groups during her tenure. As Director of Investment Management, she was responsible for the oversight of all equity financing activity which averaged over a $1B annually and for investor reporting of $8B of real estate holdings. She also led Goldman Sach’s mezzanine lending group, Archon Capital, and headed the Loan Asset Management group focused on acquiring distressed loans and eventual loan workouts. In addition to her day-to-day leadership role, she led the company’s first Merger and Acquisition to acquire $750MM of real estate through the privatization of 18 public real estate limited partnerships consisting of 65,000 investors. Mrs. Lambert-Saul was also involved in Archon and Goldman Sachs’ operating platforms in US, Asia, and Europe encompassing JV work in seven different countries and assisting with the establishment of new operating platforms in three different countries. Prior to joining Archon Group, she was a Vice President with Pacific Rim Partners USA where she was actively involved in foreign capital raising and domestic real estate acquisitions. In this role, she directed asset management, debt structuring, investor relations and dispositions.
She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Louisiana Tech University. In addition to national speaking engagements, she is affiliated with the Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network (National President 2006), The Real Estate Council (Board of Directors), International Council of Shopping Centers and Mortgage Bankers Association.

Mr. Arroyave has over ten years of experience in the acquisition, sales and operations of commercial properties. Mr. Arroyave most recently served as a Vice President at Winchester Carlisle Partners where he oversaw acquisitions and real estate brokerage activities for the company and its affiliates. Previously, Mr. Arroyave was with Cobalt Capital Partners, a USAA company, involved in industrial acquisitions totaling over 6.5 million square feet and $350 million for the private REIT. He was with CB Richard Ellis for four years with the Dallas capital markets sales team participating in approximately $4 billion in real estate dispositions. Mr. Arroyave began his career as an analyst with Archon Group LP, a Goldman Sachs Company, assisting in the investment management of a portfolio with a value of $550 million.
He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. In addition to being a licensed Texas real estate Broker, Mr. Arroyave is affiliated with the Urban Land Institute and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
